RAFAELA MALTA

Rafaela Malta brings over a decade of operational expertise and a genuine passion for U-GO's mission to expand educational opportunity for women around the world. Born and raised in Brazil, she is a business administration graduate who communicates across cultures in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Before joining U-GO, she managed portfolios of up to 300 tenants across commercial facilities, led HR operations for organizations of 1,300 employees, and directed hospitality teams across international markets. That range of experience gives her a grounded, people-first approach to every role she takes on.

At U-GO, Rafaela found a mission that resonates deeply with her own values. She grew up witnessing firsthand how access to education can change the trajectory of a woman's life, and how that change spreads to her family and her whole community. Being part of an organization that turns that belief into action, for thousands of young women across the world, is something she is very proud of.
