KALL KANN

Kann Kall served as Country Director of the Diakonia Cambodia Office from February 2021 to December 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in international development in Cambodia, holding senior leadership roles at organizations such as Save the Children International, Norwegian People’s Aid, Room to Read, Save the Children Norway, UNDP, and TPO-Cambodia.

His areas of expertise include organizational and policy development, leadership and change management, project planning and implementation, budgeting, and proposal development. Kall has successfully led programs across education, psychosocial and mental health, adolescent nutrition, livelihoods, democracy, and human rights. As a local professional and senior leader, he has extensive experience in strategic planning, partnership development, donor and government coordination, fundraising, and results-based monitoring.
