Shaina Derksen

Shaina Derksen brings experience across marketing, sales, and business operations in the construction, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. She currently works as Operations Manager for a residential construction and development company, where she oversees financial operations, business systems, and organizational growth.

Previously, Shaina led resort sales and marketing strategy at Black Butte Ranch, overseeing a high-volume events portfolio and supporting broader sales and business development efforts.

At U-GO, Shaina works closely with executive leadership to support marketing and communications strategy across the organization. She translates the work and impact of U-GO’s global teams into clear, compelling communications that strengthen the organization’s brand, expand awareness, and inspire engagement with its mission.
