Mandip Rana

Mandip Rana is a senior finance leader with over two decades of experience building resilient, future-ready businesses at Standard Chartered Bank and earlier Barclays. Born and raised in the UK and now a long-time Singapore resident, she combines a global banking career with a passion for emerging markets and women’s economic empowerment. An avid trekker, she has turned adventure into impact by raising funds for U-GO scholars through climbs of Mount Kota Kinabalu and Everest Base Camp, alongside helping to launch U-GO global initiatives such as the Unstoppable series and the MentorLookUp mentoring programme. A firm believer that university education can change the trajectory of a young woman’s life, Mandip is honoured to serve on the U-GO Singapore Board and champion opportunities for talented scholars across the U-GO markets.
